PROVINCIAL TECHNICAL COMMITTEES
Skills Canada Newfoundland and Labrador (SCNL) forms a Provincial Technical Committee (PTC) for each of its competition areas. SCNL encourages the membership of representatives from all industries (public, private and other) on its PTCs, with each committee having no more than four members. The sole purpose of each PTC is the preparation and implementation of its respective competition.
